Timothy Wayne Neer, of Monette, died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024. Born in Osceola, he was raised in Etowah, had attended Manila Public Schools, and had lived much of his adult life in Jonesboro. He enjoyed being outdoors, listening to music and fishing. Timothy was of the Baptist faith.
