Phillip MacArthur Williams Jr., age 60, of Ashland, Kentucky, went on to be with his Heavenly Father on November 9, 2024. Phillip was born on September 2, 1964. He was the blessing of the late Phillip McArthur Sr. and Alberta Maxine Thomas Williams. Phillip was a 1982 graduate of Boyd County High School. He was a well respected and well-loved District Manager for the Dairy Queen Corporation. Phillip loved sports and a little competition. He had been with the same Fantasy Football League for 32 years where he had formed tight bonds with his friends. He was a “Punny” guy who loved to kid around. His sense of humor was heartwarming. Phillip enjoyed being on the water fishing and relaxing, it always brought him peace of mind. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He leaves behind a void that will only be filled with the love and memories he left in the hearts of others.
Phillip leaves behind his wife of 42 years Valeria Williams, three loving children, Derek Williams and his wife Tristan of Charles Town, WV, Jacob Williams of Mt. Sterling, KY, and Marisa Evans and her husband Kent of Pikeville, KY, and three precious grandchildren, Leo Thomas Williams, Penelope Rose Williams, and Jaxon Morgan Evans.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024, from 11am to 1pm at Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home located at 2409 Center Street, Catlettsburg, KY.
