Betty Jane Robicheaux passed away July 21, 2025, at the age of 85. She was born February 21, 1940, to the late Clarence and Louise Woodson. Beloved wife of Stephen David Robicheaux, Sr., loving mother of Davi Keller (Richard), Pamela Bennett (late Carey), Stephen Robicheaux (Tammy), Kevin Robicheaux (Karen), and Paul Robicheaux (Lisa). Grandmother of Megan Veneralla (Avrien), Randy Roth (Lacee), Ryan Roth, Bryn Augustine (Jesse), Morgan Robicheaux (Taylor), Brandon Robicheaux, Blake Robicheaux, Brooke Korach (Chris), Tristin Disedarewas (Fabein), Jake Yarborough, and the late Greg Keller. Great- grandmother of George, Henry, Palmer, Leighton, Ty, Payton, Champ, Nora, Tripp, Presley, Grey, and the late Tripp. Sister of Connie Satterlee (Russell), Patsy Higgins, and the late Charlene LeBlanc and the late Charles Ray Woodson.
The family would like to thank the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center staff, especially Sydney Fussell and Dr. Jack Saux, and Modern Hospice and their staff, especially Gwen Sanders, for all their compassion and care during this time.
Betty will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved her grandkids; she enjoyed spending time Facetiming with her greats and receiving photos on her Aura Frame. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know her.
Relatives and friends are invited to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 13396 River Rd. Destrehan, LA, on Friday, August 1, 2025. Visitation will begin at 10AM with Mass at 12PM. Inurnment to follow in the church mausoleum.
