
Daisy Dreyer LeBlanc passed away at the age of 90 in the peace and tranquility of her home in Patterson during the morning hours of Sunday, September 21, 2025. Daisy was a native and lifelong resident of Patterson and was the eldest of five children born to the union of Roger and Louise Dreyer.
Daisy is survived by her four children, Larry A. LeBlanc and his wife Lilly, Dale A. LeBlanc and his wife Rose, Daryl J. LeBlanc and his wife Debbie, and Donna L. Sobers and her companion Ronnie Baker; nine grandchildren, Leah L. Rowell and her husband Hessler “Buddy”, Erin L. Hurt and her husband Steve, Lance LeBlanc and his wife Kari, Heather L. Ziadeh and her husband AJ, Devin LeBlanc, Ethan LeBlanc and his wife Megan, Thomas “TJ” LeBlanc, Joseph Sobers, and Dustin Sobers; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harold Albert LeBlanc; her parents, Roger William Dreyer Sr. and Louise Comeaux Dreyer; and her four brothers, Roger William “Pookie” Dreyer Jr. and his wife Vesta, Adolph W. “Jack” Dreyer, Randolph J. “Cheyenne” Dreyer and his wife Hazel, and Larry G. “Guyo” Dreyer and his wife Lena.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 26, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Patterson during a 2:00 PM Mass of Christian Burial. Following she will be laid to rest with her husband in the St. Joseph Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday at Ibert’s Mortuary in Patterson from 11:00 AM until time of dismissal at 1:30 PM, with the recitation of the rosary at 1:00 PM. Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Lance LeBlanc, Devin LeBlanc, Ethan LeBlanc, Nicholas Sobers, Hessler “Buddy” Rowell, and AJ Ziadeh. Honorary pallbearers will be Joseph Sobers and Dustin Sobers.
The family extends their deepest gratitude to the staff of Hope Hospice, and especially her caregivers Nadine Picou and Susan Adams; as well as to all those who’ve cared for, called on, visited with, prepared meals, and offered prayers for Daisy in her time of need.
