Dominican Sister of Peace Noel Toomey, who taught at Notre Dame Seminary and was the founding director of the Archdiocesan Spirituality Center in 1982, died Jan. 27 at Sansbury Care Center, St. Catharine, Kentucky. She was 89 years old.
