Lorene McAnally was born on November 5, 1942, to Webb and Gladys Whittington and went to her Heavenly home on November 30, 2024. A private service will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
Lorene was a kind-hearted soul, who cared deeply about others. Her greatest joy came from being a mother and grandmother. She was a beacon of love and support for her family and will be dearly missed.
Lorene was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonard McAnally; son, Jerry Don McAnally; and siblings, Dois Whittington and Ann Faught.
Left to cherish Lorene’s memory are her daughter, Sheila Worley and husband Eddie of Jacksonville; son, Wayne McAnally and wife Allison of Jacksonville; daughter-in-law, Sonia McAnally of Jacksonville; sisters, Peggy Munsinger and husband Curtis, and Kathy Chavira. Also left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren, James Brandon Worley, BJ Worley, Chad Devillier, Sherrie Galbraith, Lynette McAnally, Ashley James, Brittany Harter, Jeremy McAnally, Josh Drinkard, and Andrea Almendarez; 19 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Worley, Chad Devillier, David Faught, John McAnally, Shaun Galbraith, and Charles Foust.
