Paul Joseph Kroll Jr. , a beloved husband, father, and friend, was born in Cooperstown, New York, to Paul Joseph Kroll Sr. and Bertha Radzak Kroll. He is survived by his devoted wife Ethel Kroll, his cherished children Denika and Ivan, as well as his three loving sisters and one brother along with their families, Linda Kroll and the late Leslie Stein, Mary Ann and Terry O’Connor, David and Debbie Kroll, and Joe and Joan Carney. Paul’s legacy also includes numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, who all held a special place in his heart. Paul served his country with honor in the United States Navy, stationed in Newport, Rhode Island. Despite sustaining injuries that led to his medical retirement, he demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination, ultimately earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University—an achievement of which he was immensely proud. Following his graduation, Paul relocated to San Diego, California, where he dedicated over 37 years to the United States Postal Service. He is remembered as a kind, generous, and thoughtful individual with a brilliant mind and an exceptional sense of humor. Paul’s greatest joy in life was helping and loving those around him. His spirit of giving and his unwavering support for friends and family were the hallmarks of his character. Rest in peace, and with the Angels Paul. Your kind heart and generous spirit will forever be missed and remembered.
